All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is confirmed, it becomes binding. Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer upon order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping arrangements will be made upon order confirmation, with shipping fees charged to the buyer. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Ameri Distributors LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Return Policy

6. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Services

Our 3PL services offer warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping on behalf of clients. By using our 3PL services, you agree that your inventory may be transferred to our facility to facilitate order processing and fulfillment. All 3PL services are subject to separate terms, which will be provided upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ameri Distributors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased or services rendered.
